You cannot go wrong with the location located in the heart of Incline village. Walk down to the bike path that runs along Lakeshore Blvd for miles in either direction. You can jump on your bike and head east to the Tahoe East Shore Trail that has endless views of Lake Tahoe, beaches and ultimately end up at Sand Harbor State Beach. Or you can walk to the Hyatt, Village Green, Recreational Center, Tennis complex, Frisbee golf and bike park. Incline village also has 2 Golf courses.
SKI AREAS: Diamond Peak Ski Resort (3.9 miles), Mt. Rose Ski Tahoe (11.1 miles), Tahoe Country Ski Area (11.8 miles), Northstar California Resort (12.4 miles), Squaw Valley Resort (21.0 miles), Donner Ski Ranch (27.0 miles), Sugar Bowl Resort (28.6 miles), Sierra-at-Tahoe Resort (44.5 miles)
Inexpensive getaway for two couples or a small family. Access to heated pool in summer, close to Diamond Peak skiing in winter. Built on 2 levels, this roomy unit has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. 1/4 mile up the road from the hyatt and two of the beaches. Close to Diamond Peak Ski Resort and to the new walking path here in town. Access to great restaurants and quaint shops in town. Recreation center offers an indoor pool, gym, basketball court and tennis in the summer.
Note: Please ask about access to Incline's private beaches. Public beaches like Sand Harbor 3 miles away and Kings Beach 4 miles away are all open to the public.
