Elegantly designed with all premium furnishings, it features two bedrooms, one with one queen bed and the other with two twin beds; a den with top grain leather pull out sleeper sofa; family room with cathedral ceiling; fully equipped kitchen; and dining room. The kitchen was recently remodeled with all new stainless steel appliances and cookware, Italian designer floor tile, and granite counter tops. The two bathrooms have recently been updated as well including new tile floors, toilets, and quartz countertops. All new flooring was just installed (December 2024) featuring high performance engineered wood floors and luxury nylon carpeting in the bedrooms. The home also has a detached garage and a central air system with new heating and AC units.
Entertaining, cooking, and spending private time together with family and friends is fun and enjoyable with the light open plan in the kitchen and family room area.
