The Space:
Our one-bedroom apartment is furnished with everything you & your guests need to enjoy your stay in South Bend! In the kitchen, you'll find beautiful appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and basic cookware to cook simple meals for a cozy night in! There's free WiFi!
Anything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. We do not provide any tv cable or streaming services. However, we do offer Roku TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to log into the apps with your own log in and enjoy! Our studio and 1 bedroom stays come standard with 3 towels and washcloths and our 2 bedroom stays come with 4 each.
Guest Access:
You can access the building anytime after 4pm by using the lockbox to obtain the keys. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby-proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.
The Neighborhood:
Our suite located in Georgetown is just a short ride to the Notre Dame campus. This suite is a short 10-minute drive to everything famous in South Bend and around the Notre Dame campus. There are many restaurants around to choose from, like Nicks Patio or Brazilian. University Park Mall and lots of other shopping is close by. Warren Golf course, movie theaters, and the River Walk are within short distance. We hope you enjoy your stay in South Bend!
Getting Around:
South Bend's public transit system, TRANSPO, operates buses and trolleys throughout the city. Be sure to check out their website as routes change during events and game days. Uber, Lyft, and other ride-sharing services are readily available and normal means of transportation around the city.

Checkout is at 10 am. We offer a complimentary extension to 11 am as long as you request it 24 hours before your scheduled departure. Looking for more time? The latest we can accommodate is 1 pm at $25/per every hour needed.
Our stays have occupancy limitations created around local and state ordinances. It is our guest’s responsibility to abide by these ordinances; failing to do so could result in legal consequences. Before booking your reservation, please note the occupancy limit listed sometimes does not align with the number of beds offered. Please review the bed counts to determine if this stay will be sufficient for your needs.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or large gatherings. To ensure this in the most comfortable and least intrusive way possible, we use a noise sensor that simply measures the decibel level inside the stay; it does not record anything.
Interaction with Guests:
Most of our guests prefer to let themselves in with our lockbox entry system; however, we can be available upon request and are always available via phone call or text message should any questions or issues arise.
