One bedroom apartment with ensuite bathroom. Facilities include a private kitchen with dishwasher.
To ensure appropriate bed arrangements, I would like to request the number of guests staying at the property as well as their full names for health and safety reasons. I will also like to welcome you all at the same time during check-in unless otherwise agreed upon.
Before you book, I would need to inform you that checking out outside the standard time (10:00 AM) is subject to availability and additional fees might apply:
- check out between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM = 40.00 USD
- check-out between 12:00 PM and 14:00 PM = 60.00 USD
Please note the following:
The collected cleaning fee is for the initial cleaning prior to your arrival. Any additional cleanings are subject to confirmation. If a key is lost, it will take our team a couple of hours to come to the location and additional charges will apply. All your possessions should be removed from the apartment on the date of departure. We will use reasonable endeavors to retain any lost items for up to 1 month after your departure date. You must not use any candles, incense sticks and oil burners on the property.
I know we all want to be punctual and do not want to be late, therefore please be informed that if you are running late for your check-in time (more than 45 mins), I might need to reschedule the hour based on my availability and an additional fee of 20.00 USD will apply.
