The kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and it's fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, disposal and all the pots, pans and dishes needed to prepare the most delicious meals. There is a washer and dryer for your use as well.
Two of the bedrooms are downstairs along with a full bathroom; upstairs is one more bedroom with a full bathroom and a small loft. There is a Weber gas BBQ and patio furniture on the back patio area (summer only).
This home is perfect for two small families to share and is close to lots of hiking/biking trails, and is only 10-15 minutes from Palisades/Alpine Ski Resort, Homewood Mountain Resort, and Northstar at Tahoe ski areas!
This home does not allow any parties or events as this home is in a residential neighborhood, and quiet time is after 10pm. Thanks for your cooperation!
There is an electric fence system at this house to protect it from bears when unoccupied. Detailed instructions will be given to you once booked.
Cleaning fee includes linens and towels. You may want to bring beach towels, as those are not provided.
