*CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. Cancellation must be more than 30 days prior to arrival date and submitted in writing directly to our office email, , to receive a refund of all monies paid minus your processing fee. DETAILS ABOUT THE UNIT:
Welcome to Laguna Bella! A low-density complex located just over the west beach pass bridge in Gulf Shores on Little Lagoon with easy beach access just across the street. This 900 square foot unit is newly renovated and offers many upgrades. With 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, you have plenty of space for each member of your group to have some privacy, but also spend quality time together.
The main living area offers more than ample seating, which includes a sofa sleeper to accommodate additional overnight guests, as well as 2 comfortable chairs.
Access to your private balcony is provided from the living area, and offers a great space for enjoying some relaxing time outdoors. The dining area features a table with bench style seating. This is a great space for enjoying a meal, a hand of cards, or maybe a board game with the family. The brand-new kitchen offers stainless appliances, and is fully stocked with all items needed for meal prepping during your stay. A half bathroom is located on the main level, which also accommodates a stack washer/dryer for use during your stay.
Both bedrooms are located on the 2nd level, and each have their own bathroom, and balcony access. Bedroom 1 features King bedding, Bedside tables with lamps, a television, and Private Bathroom. The private bathroom features a tub/shower combo, single vanity, and is fully stocked with linens for your stay.
Bedroom 2 offers a Twin over Full Bunk Bed, with a pull out trundle, easily accomodating 4 guests comfortably. The spacious Guest Bathroom features a tub/shower combo, single vanity, and is fully stocked with linens for your stay.
Enjoy the large outdoor pool just steps away from the unit, which provides chairs for enjoying a relaxing day in the sun. The complex provides a pier on Little Lagoon, where you can be entertained by watching the dolphins play or maybe some fishing or crabbing. Boat docks are provided on a first come basis, and the deeded beach access is only a short walk across the street.
