This upside-down cottage has three ground floor bedrooms consisting of a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and two twin bedrooms. There is also a ground floor bathroom, a first floor open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric fire and a sofa bed. Outside there is off road parking for two cars, a garage for kayak and bike storage, a balcony with a sun canopy, a barbecue and furniture and shared use of lawns. With the beach just a two minute walk away, 17 Glyn Y Marian is the perfect base for your family holiday.
