No. 2 - Cedar Lodge is a delightful detached cottage situated on the Hustyns resort, 3.5 miles from the market town of Wadebridge. This cottage, set over most of the ground floor, sleeps six people in three bedrooms, consisting of one first floor king-size double with en-suite shower, a double and a twin with en-suite bath, together with a family shower room. The cottage also has an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire. Outside there's off road parking for four cars. No. 2 - Cedar Lodge is a lovely Cornwall holiday base.
Amenities: Gas central heating with electric fire. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 55" TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 4 cars. Enclosed lawned garden with patio, furniture and hot tub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 3.5 miles. Note: Balcony off first floor bedroom, children must be supervised at all times. Please note - Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am
