Cardwen Farmhouse is a rustic cottage located in Looe, Cornwall. It has four bedrooms: one king-size double with en-suite shower room and WC, three doubles, one with en-suite shower room and WC. There is a separate family bathroom and WC. Downstairs has a ground floor cloakroom and WC. There is an open-plan fitted kitchen and dining area, as well as a living room and snug room. Cardwen Farmhouse is the ultimate holiday home for families. Note: This property can be booked with Refs. 999355, 999356, 1072735 and 987239 together they can sleep twenty-four people. Note: There is an active beehive within the owners own private garden, which is well away from guests. Please take precautions if you suffer severe allergies to bees. Note: There are no EV charging points at the property, so the charging of electric vehicles is prohibited
Amenities: Oil central heating, open fire, woodburning stove. Range electric oven and induction hob, microwave, nespresso coffee maker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. 2 x TV One Smart with Sky Q, and a Sky Q mini box, iPod dock, a selection of books and games and Super-fast WiFi. A tumble dryer is available which serves the 5 barns charged at £5 per load. Logs are provided on arrival and additional logs can be purchased at £5 per load. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and Highchair (available on request). Communal landscaped gardens with gas BBQ. Disposable BBQ's can also be purchased for guests going to the beach. Two well behaved pets welcome (XL Bully breeds cannot be accommodated). Sorry, no smoking. Shop 12 mins walk and pub 1 mile. Bike storage (available on request). Note: Care must be taken with children in the grounds as there are open ponds
