There is off road car parking and mature gardens to the front and rear. The rear garden being a good size and south facing and had the luxury benefit of a Luxury Hot Tub, an outside bar facility and a full suite of new comfy garden furniture to enjoy the summer months. The house offers Fast Fibre Optic WiFi and Netflix should you wish to use your code.
The train station is within a 10 min walk which will take you to Southport within 15 mins and Liverpool City Centre in approx 25 mins. For the avid Golfer, Formby Links Golf Club is a must and note Royal Birkdale, Hillside & West Lancs Golf clubs are all within a 15 minute drive time or by Train. There are several walks & cycle routes from the house to Formby's National Trust which will take you through the breathtaking scenic pinewoods and Red Squirrel reserve through to the Beach and Irish Sea.
A well presented and spacious fully fitted kitchen / diner which can seat up to 6 people. The patio doors lead to the garden offering a large garden and seating arrangements.
