A spacious and luxurious detached holiday home, Vantage Point accommodates up to 8 people at Hillfield Village, near historic Dartmouth. The property has four bedrooms all on the ground floor (two double en suite rooms, both with a King-size bed and bathroom with shower and bath, plus two twin rooms each with two single beds). There is also a family bathroom with whirlpool bath on the ground floor. The property has a large private outdoor hot tub and an open plan kitchen/dining/living room with beautiful valley views. Guests can enjoy the use of Hillfield Village’s children’s play area, all-weather tennis court and beautiful gardens. Vantage Point is an exceptional holiday property in a stunning location.
Amenities: The kitchen has a ceramic hob, fan-assisted oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and microwave. Large TV /DVD in the lounge area. The large hot tub will each accommodate four to eight adults. Whirlpool bath, separate shower cubicle, w.c wash-hand basin, shaver socket, illuminated heated mirror and heated towel rail. The washer/dryer is concealed on the ground floor adjacent to the bathroom.
Allocated parking for 2-3 cars
All duvets, pillows, bed linen and bath/shower towels included. Tenants require beach and hot tub towels.

Located within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and close to the stunning Start Bay coastline, Dartmouth is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Devon. It offers a stunning waterfront, ancient narrow streets lined with boutique shops, restaurants and art galleries plus many popular events such as the annual Dart Music Festival, Dartmouth Food Festival and the Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta. This historic town boasts interesting landmarks, such as Dartmouth Castle, the Britannia Royal Naval College, and the National Trust’s Greenway House just a short ferry ride away. There are many interesting cycling and walking routes around Dartmouth, including the South West Coast Path, the Dart Valley Trail and plenty of quiet country lanes. A trip on the Dartmouth Steam Railway through the rolling countryside to Paignton is a must, and so is a boat or ferry trip across to Kingswear, on to Brixham, or down the river to the village of Dittisham.
