With four bedrooms including two super king-size doubles, which can be converted into twins on request, plus a king-size double with en-suite shower room and one twin, this cottage can sleep up to eight people. There's also a bathroom and a ground floor cloakroom along with a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with a woodburner. Outside, there is off road parking for three cars plus an enclosed courtyard garden with lawns and furniture. 1 Springwater View offers friends and families a wonderful base from which to discover the many delights of this beautiful area.

Enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture.Up to three well-behaved dogs welcome, the third pet is chargeable for £20. Sorry, no smoking. Shops 2 miles, pub 2 mins walk. Note: Please bring own bathrobe for hot tub as not provided. Please Note: This property has a good house keeping bond of £100. There is currently no facility for charging vehicles at this property, if guests need electricity via an extension lead a supplement of £30 per car will be chargeable. Please note: In April 2025, the owner can only accept bookings from 14th - 21st April.

Beautiful walking country is right on the doorstep with The Pennine and Teesdale Ways, The River Tees and magnificent waterfalls at High Force all close by.
