BITTE BEACHTEN SIE: Wir freuen uns, Ihnen mitteilen zu können, dass der Eigentümer Anfang 2023 eine Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer und im Hauptschlafzimmer installiert hat. Die Klimaanlagen bieten sowohl Heizung und Kühlung, so dass Sie im Winter warm und im Sommer kühl bleiben können!
Außerdem befindet sich ein Gotrian-Steinweg-Flügel in der Wohnung. Andere Instrumente sind ebenfalls vorhanden: Kontrabass, Cello, Saxophon und Rhythmusinstrumente - Musiker sind also willkommen!
Raumaufteilung: Küche, zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Bad, ein separates WC.
Ideale Belegung: 2-4 Personen
