More information by the provider: In 2017 completely renovated 4-room apartment (70sqm) on the 1st floor of a multi-family house which is located next to the mainstreet between Schönried and Saanenmöser. A partially furnished balcony (1 small table and 2 chairs) is available. 1 parking space in the garage, 1 uncovered outside parking space, a storage room for sports equipment as well as a washing machine and a tumble dryer forcommon use are available. The Chalet Kleeblatt is located in close proximity to the panoramic trail as well asto the cross-country ski slopes Schönried-Saanenmöser and is therefore suitable for summer and winter holidays. The village centre of Saanenmöser is 1 km (10-15 minutes walking distance) away from the chalet. The distance to the village centre of Schönried is about 1.5 km. Important note: If the double bed is only used by one person, there is an additional charge of CHF 20.00 which must be paid in cash when the key is handed over. Occupancy up to 4 persons (lower price): 2 bedrooms are available. The3rd bedroom remains locked.
Living/dining room with open-plan kitchen (equippedwith ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher,coffee machine with capsules(Nespresso) as well as fondue- and raclette set), dining table, sofa and TV. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed (160x200cm). 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed (2x80x200cm). 1 bathroom with shower/toilet. WiFi. Guests are not allowed to use the chimney in the living room. Baby cot (60x120cm,excl. bed linen) and high chair available.
