Immediately noticeable are the beautiful meter-high windows that ensure a beautiful light in the entire villa and especially in the living room and kitchen with dining area. You will be overwhelmed by a feeling of immeasurable space, which is enhanced by the beautifully landscaped, fully fenced private garden with terraces, private L-shaped swimming pool, large mobile gas barbecue, green strips and illuminated palm trees.
This architect-built villa has 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms - one of which has an extra large shower room with two rain shower heads - a separate toilet, a luxury kitchen with all necessary built-in appliances and central air conditioning for cooling (or heating in the winter, for which there is also a wood fire). There is also a large American fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer and of course there is fast internet with wifi. One bedroom has a sofa bed and this is also the games room with PlayStation PS-4 and a smart TV. The large American fridge not only keeps drinks and food cool or frozen, but also provides the residents with purified ice cold water, shaved ice or ice cubes for delicious (mixed) drinks.
The large L-shaped swimming pool has a total surface area of 48 m2, 35 m2 of which is 110 to 155 cm deep with a built-in spa, swimming jet and waterfall, followed by a spacious children's pool of 13 m2 and 50 cm deep. The whole is equipped with an outdoor shower.
The very spacious terrace of 135 m2 is equipped with luxury Travertin tiles that stay nice and cool even in the burning sun. Here are also five comfortable sun beds, a beautiful 3/4 round garden set
in the front garden and a luxury cube set for 10 people for dining, lazing around, reading a book or playing games at the back. Here is also the large, luxury mobile gas-powered barbecue that is suitable for 10 people to prepare a delicious meal. all this tastefully fenced in a private garden. The terrace is complemented by green strips with herbs and orange, lemon and olive trees and illuminated palm trees. Everything tastefully fenced and with milk glass on the back for extra privacy.
The bedrooms have comfortable beds with very good mattresses and nice pillows. Each bedroom has a spacious and well-thought-out fitted wardrobe with hanging clothes hangers and a leg section. In the four bedrooms there is a hairdryer in every cupboard. The sash windows can be opened and are equipped with an electrically operated roller shutter. There is also a roller blind for extra comfort. One bedroom has a safe large enough that it can also accommodate laptops and notebooks.
The house was designed by the locally famous architect Raul Torres. He is known for the harmonious bringing together of the environment and the house taking into account the wishes of the residents, wind direction and sun settings. Based on a solid foundation and construction, natural materials and energy-efficient solutions are used, including triple glazing and optimum roof insulation. With a little help from the residents by keeping the heat out as much as possible, you can stay here in this villa in the middle of southern Spain even without air conditioning. And if not, the central built-in air conditioner is of course immediately at your disposal.
