The apartment has views of the beach from the living room consisting of two sofa beds of 140x200, television, DVD, dining room and private garden with table and chairs for 8 people, barbecue and chaise-lounges. The house has three double bedrooms, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen.
In the shared garden you will find 6 showers with hot water that you can use when you return from the beach and 4 toilets. Garden of 3,500 m2 shared with twelve families where there is a pediment and a ping-pong that you can use for free, you will find rackets and balls in the house, a small forest with hammocks, basketball baskets and a punching bag. If you need a baby cot, high chair or baby bath you can order them in advance and you will have them for free. You can park 1 car in the property. There is a parking lot 20 meters from the house owned by the municipality of Palamós. This parking is free throughout the year with the exception of the months of June, July, August and September in which you must pay. The apartment is delivered clean and without sheets or towels, you can bring your own or rent them: price for a double sheet set: 15 euros, price for a single sheet set: 8 euros, price for towels set: 4 euros you can also do the final cleaning or request the final cleaning service that will have an additional charge of 60 euros.
