Villa S'Agaró has a fantastic location, less than 10 minutes from the exclusive areas of Playa S'Agaró and Sant Pol, Sant Feliu and Playa de Aro.
Aside from the fantastic location, it offers you the perfect combination for your vacation: a spacious garden, private pool, good views and lots and lots of comfort.
We'll start with the garden.
The exterior of the house is surrounded by a green space with a lawn area and trees.
From here you can see S'Agaró Beach Sant Pol, which is only 5 minutes away.And less than 10 minutes by car from the leisure area of Sant Feliu and Playa D'Aro, with a lot of atmosphere during the summer days.
But back to the garden.Here you have a porch with a table and 6 chairs to celebrate summer evenings.
Across the garden, directly opposite, is the kidney-shaped pool.Next to it there is a pool house that houses a charming covered kitchen where you can hold barbecues and meals as it is also equipped with a fridge, stove and dining area. Super practical also for fetching drinks and snacks while you are relaxing and sunbathing.
The inside of the villa:A soon as you enter, you find yourself in a very spacious hall from which you can go to the living-dining room or the kitchen.The living-dining room is a space on two levels, with marble floors and about 40 square meters.The entire room has panoramic windows from which you can contemplate the blue of the Mediterranean and the green of the mountains sitting on the comfortable 5 seater sofas.This area everything you need to bring your family together: a table and 6 chairs, a television and a strategically placed 5-seater sofa.All this framed in a landscape in which the pool is in the foreground.From the living room you access an outdoor covered terrace, with two very comfortable seats where you can rest outdoors and watch the sunsets with these magnificent views.Now it is the turn of one of the kitchens of the house (there are 3)It is fully equipped, including oven, microwave, dishwasher and a wine fridge.
In the opposite direction you have the corridor that leads to the bathroom on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms: one double with mountain views, another with 2 single beds, also with views, and a third double room with ensuite bathroom and shower.All the rooms have closets, by the way.On the top floor is the main room, with 3 windows that overlook the sea and the mountains.
One of them opens onto a terrace-solarium with loungers for sunbathing in total privacy.Directly opposite this bedroom is the main bathroom with a bathtub.We go down and return to the hall, because there is more.
A staircase takes you to the ground floor where we find a cozy living room with sofas, television, dining area and a third kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave and dishwasher.This area is completed by a door that gives direct access to the outdoor porch area that we told you about before and to the pool.We are sure that this will be one of your favorite areas of the house!
The house has air conditioning on two floors strategically placed devices.One air conditioner the main floor that cools all the rooms (it is necessary to leave the doors open for this, yes) and another on the ground floor where the kitchen/living area that gives access to the pool is located. The top bedroom has a fan.Free cot and high chair available on request
Bed linen and towels (2 per person,bath and shower towel) are included in the price.
Included in the price is also 1 change of linen and towels for stays of more than 14 days. 2 changes of linen and towels for stays over 21 days
*groups of young people under 25 and parties are not allowed in this house. Families, couples and small group of friends looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday are most welcome.
Tourist tax is not included in the price
