Idyllic penthouse apartment, situated on the best part of the Paseo Maritimo, just meters from the beach. This property boasts three double bedrooms with a large terrace and spectacular views! This apartment, owned by Anda Homes S.L, has been redecorated to the highest standard throughout, with the mission to be one of the best holiday rentals, on one of the Costa del Sol's best beaches. The three double bedrooms make it an ideal retreat for families or holidaying couples. The terrace offers outside dining with spectacular views as well as a chill out are for guest to be able to unwind. There is AC throughout the property, and each bedroom is also equipped with a ceiling fan. There is also fast fibre optic internet for guests needing to work while they are away. This apartment is managed exclusively by Anda Homes, one of the Costa Del Sol's leading property management companies. Should you require anything a dedicated property manager will be able to assist you. This apartment is located on the front row of Carvajal Beach, the border between the towns of Benalmadena and Fuengirola. Within 5 minutes walk in either direction there are numerous restaurants, including the Michelin Star guide Los Marinos Jose, La Cubana, Gecko Beach shack and more. Should you wish to rent sunbeds on the beach , it is possible to do so right in front. In the next door building there is a small supermarket. Due to it's idyllic location a car is not necessary for holiday makers. Those with a car will be able to use the apartment's garage space. Out of peak season it is easy to find a space on the road. Carvajal train station is a short walk away providing access to Fuengirola, Arroyo de la Miel, Torremolinos, Malaga airport and city centre. Malaga airport is a 20 minute drive away. The 'Reserva Del Higueron' Resort also provides a shuttle bus service which provides access to their luxurious resort. For an additional fee, they will allow guests to use their indoor/outdoor pools, gym, padel and tennis courts. Guests are able to purchase day/week passes directly from them. Out of office hours Check-in is charged the following: 9pm - Midnight 20 euros Midnight - 2am 40 euros After 2am 60 euros This amount is payable in cash at the property. For infants, it is also possible to rent cots (50 euros) / high chairs (20 euros). These amounts are also payable in cash on check-in. Please let us know in advance if you would like to rent these items. Please note that parties are not allowed and it's important for us to respect the community. In this sense, we have a noise monitoring system to make sure we are not bothering neighbours by being too loud. Also, smoking is not allowed and we also have smoke detectors to prevent from any damage.
