Rebuilt from a house where several families with agricultural traditions lived over several generations, it kept its original layout, balancing the rustic and modern line.
The house has an orchard in front of it and its view is enriched by the swimming pool and the blue of the Atlantic Ocean, which at the end of the day is accompanied by a unique sunset.
"Casas da Levada" is an Agritourism property with 6 individual and family run houses (B&B and Self Catering) located in Ponta do Pargo, on the sunny west side of Madeira Island.
The charming property is found between the magic of Nature and Levadas (courses that carried water to the ancient people) and lies on the edge of Madeira's Natural Forest called Laurissilva.
Surrounded by three wide green areas with little organic gardens where vegetables and herbs can be freely harvested, the restored country houses, with tradition and charm, offer a full view of the Atlantic Ocean.
Between the Levadas that run across the entire area, there is an infinity pool, a solarium and a small animal farm space.
A property that brings us back to our roots and traditions, embracing the permaculture and its sustainability, in order to establish the harmony and balance with nature.
