The 2 bedrooms are great for visiting families, with a double bed & bunks in one and a queen in the other. The adult’s room also features a heat pump and French doors onto the deck. The bathroom and separate toilet are sparkling and there’s a laundry cupboard with washer and dryer.
The well-appointed kitchen/dining captures lots of daylight and flows onto a sunny deck.
The lounge and second bedroom are located at the front of the house, next is the master bedroom then onto the kitchen and dining/office area. There is a huge deck off the master or the dining room, which takes you to the lovely quiet back yard. The bathroom and separate toilet are at the south end of the property.
You will have full access to all areas of the house. Please respect our neighbours who are in close proximity and keep noise to a minimum.

The owners of this property live next door and love this location for all the reasons that make the leafy streets in Herne Bay/Ponsonby so popular.
You’re right on the city’s doorstep but there’s a paddock with sheep and chickens just a couple of streets away. If you enjoy walking or cycling, leave the car in your dedicated spot and explore; there’s so much to do with amazing places for foodies and outstanding shopping.
Take a bus to the CBD from Jervois Rd, or visit the nearby zoo and Motat.
Please note: There is a separate dwelling downstairs that is not part of our house. They have their own private spaces including their own outdoor space. Please do not park on the lower driveway as this is their dedicated parking area.
- No parties allowed.
- This is a smoke free property.
- Please be considerate of our neighbours - no noise after 10pm - 8am, neighbours are able to call a hot line in regards to excessive noise. If the property managers are required to attend the property due to excessive noise there is a fee of $75+GST.
- No visitors. This means that only the exact guests who are booked to stay can be at the property at any time. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in you being removed from the property immediately and all costs associated with this will be on-charged. If you are wishing to have guests visit you when at the property please get in touch with us prior to your booking as we can make the odd exception on a case by case basis.
- If you are taking a property for longer than two weeks then the owner requires a clean at least every two week period. This amended cleaning charge will be sent through to you once we have received your booking.
- If you lose the key a replacement fee will be charged.
- For any lockouts, the guest will be charged a service fee for re-entry and in some cases a locksmith fee.
