Relax on the large sectional sofa while watching your favorite shows on the flatscreen, smart television! The spacious kitchen is fully stocked with everything that you will need to prepare dinner or those afternoon margaritas!
The master and guest bedroom are located on the 1st floor of this amazing penthouse!
The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, ceiling to floor sliding glass door that looks out above 5th avenue, a smart tv, and black out curtains! The master on-suite bathroom boasts a beautiful walk in shower, spacious double vanity, and plenty of storage for your toiletries.
The Guest Bedroom is also equipped with a king size bed, a comfortable couch, black out curtains, and large windows for all the natural sunlight to pour in through. The guest bedroom also offers a full size, on suite bathroom which has a walk-in shower and a double vanity.
The cozy 3rd bedroom is located on the main level with a twin over full bunk!
With a 3rd floor, private roof top terrace, the options for this outdoor space are endless! Brew a fresh cup of coffee in the morning and watch the breathtaking sunrise or after a long day at the beach, take in the sunset while sharing some laughs with family and friends!
Guest will access to the entire penthouse and the property amenities.
Masha is our property manager. She is AMAZING! We recommend using WhatsApp to communicate by text or call since different cellular services in Mexico have various costs and degrees of success. WhatsApp is the most common service here.
The neighborhood of 5th Avenue is world famous! The options for shopping, dining, nightlife, etc. are endless!
For getting around Playa del Carmen, you can walk out the door and take a right and there is a taxi pick up right on the corner. There is also an app you can download to rent bikes.
In addition to a property manager, we also have concierge services at the front desk. They can answer any questions you may have about directions, booking excursions, transportation and offer advice on where to go in the city. The concierge staff is bilingual (English & Spanish) for your convenience.
*No smoking inside the condo. You are welcome to smoke on the balconies or the rooftop
*No parties and no excessive noise after 10pm
*No additional overnight guests, beyond the # of guests listed in your reservation
*Please don’t attempt to access the areas labeled “owner’s closet”
