A large open plan living room, dining room and kitchen have three large sets of patio doors leading out to the pool, which let the light flood into the house. There is a wood burning stove in the central area, two twin bedrooms, one with an en suite and a further bathroom.
The house is located in the charming village of Sannat. A small supermarket and the bus stop with regular buses into the capital Victoria are only a short walk away. The property is within easy reach of local restaurants and the grand Ta Cenc Hotel and Spa. This area has many walks, which take you to see the old cart ruts, the Sannap cliffs and the beautiful Mgarr ix Xini inlet and valley, where the film ‘By the Sea’ with Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt was filmed.
The house has fans and, air conditioning in the bedrooms, for both cold air and heat. The air conditioning units are operated using one and two euro coins.
