- The Niccone Valley is one of the beautiful green Umbrian valleys, bordering Tuscany, with many foreign-owned houses. The Agriturismo in LiscianoNiccone is a few minutes walk from the village of Lisciano Niccone.
In the small village are two bars, a pharmacy, a grocery shop, and a butcher. The agriturismo itself has a small restaurant where the owners prepare breakfast if you wish.
The apartments, 5 in total, are comfortable, with spacious kitchens and rooms. The garden of the agriturismo is well-kept and has a pool. There is a vegetable garden the guests can use.
The private pool is 6 by 12 meters and 1.60 meters deep. There are sunbeds and umbrellas. There is a separate pizza oven and barbecue. In this area, each apartment has its own garden furniture.
In the village of Lisciano Niccone, there is a small playground and a tennis court. The owners can reserve the tennis court for guests. Mercatale is next to Lisciano Niccone and there is a bakery, a small supermarket, and a bank.
Lisciano Niccone is 15 minutes from Tuoro sul Trasimeno, 20 minutes from Umbertide, 45 minutes from Perugia, and 30 minutes from Cortona. In Umbertide there is the weekly market every Wednesday morning.
The owners are farmers and have many fruit trees. Theymake olive oil and some wine. They keep a vegetable garden for guests during the warmer months.
There are 5 apartments in the agriturismo in Lisciano Niccone. One apartment has one bedroom, one has two bedrooms and the other three have 3 bedrooms each.
There is a washing machine for general use and an iron with an ironing board.
There is a small spa with a sauna, jacuzzi, and a small fitness area (not included in the rental price).

SPA
The entrance to the SPA is €25 for 90 minutes per person, max 4 people > 10 years.
When renting the whole villa use of the SPA is €100/hr.
Opening hours when renting the whole villa are 2 pm - 6.30 pm.
For a single apartment opening hours upon request but always in the afternoon.
There always is a break between one group and the next of 90 minutes in summer and 120 minutes in winter.

The final cleaning charge for one apartment is €100. When renting the Agriturismo as a private villa the final cleaning charge is €300.
In case guests need an extra cleaning this is €15 per hour.
A linen and towel change is €15 per person or when renting the whole villa €20 per bed.
Guests can make use of the possibility to have breakfast @ €8 per person per breakfast (for a minimum of 2 guests). This is available from May to September andwill have to be reserved in advance.
If you need the heating this will cost €50 per day. When renting the whole villa this varies from €40 to €100 per day, depending on consumption.
The pool is open in June, July, August, and September.
If you drive an electric car, you can charge it here if you take your own adapter with you.
Tourism tax: €1 per day per person > 12 yrs for max. 5 days.
