Thers is a wood with firs, pines, olive trees and chestnut trees and paths for walking or mountain biking. Very old country house "Certina", 510 m a.s.l renovated, surrounded by trees. 13 km from the centre of Pontassieve, 30 km from the centre of Firenze, in a quiet, elevated position on top of a hill, in the countryside. For shared use: property 33 ha, garden, swimming pool fenced (6 x 12 m, depth 130 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 06.May. - 23.Sep.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, barbecue.
