Villa Costa Merlata is entirely fenced, with walls or hedges that guarantee privacy. The swimming pool is deep from two to four meters and it`s ideal for diving and for those who can swim. Around the swimming pool there is the solarium with beach beds, armchairs and hammock. The fate opens into the nearby small beach. Moreover, there is an outdoor dining area.
The Mediterranean villa is spacious and cozy. It consists of a living room
with sofa, fireplace and tv, adjacent to the dining room and kitchen. A
corridor divides the living room from the sleeping area, which consists
of 1 four-bed room with double bed and double sofa bed, 2 double bedrooms, one of which with ensuite bathroom with shower and 1 twin bedroom. Moreover, there are 2 bathrooms with tub.

The
villa with swimming pool by the sea is in Costa Merlata, a tourist
village on the coast of Ostuni, with café, restaurant, pizzeria and
minimarket. The beautiful old town centre of Ostuni, which is also known as the Città Bianca (White City), is 10 kilometers away.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12pm).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 25 per person per week.
- Pool available from May to October.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
-The pool is from 2 to 4 meters deep, not suitable for someone who can`t swim.
- Air conditioner in the corridor.
