relaxing holidays in a cozy atmosphere which combines present and past:
the architecture, the pietra leccese finishings touches, the white walls
and the typical dry-stone walls which are characteristic of the
countryside houseses and the centennial olive trees which marry the more
modern and minimal style of the swimming pool and the accessories of
the villa.
The wooden front door opens into the living area under barrel and star-vaulted ceiling, that consists of large rooms with sofas and armchairs, a dining area and kitchens with fridge, kitchenette and large kitchen hoods with grills. Moreover, there are two bathrooms, one of which is wheelchair accessible.
In the big patio that leads to the sleeping area and the swimming pool, under a bamboo-covered area there is a sitting area and dining area.
The independent bedrooms of Masseria Giovanni are arranged all around the yard. There are 3 triple bedrooms under barrel-vaulted ceilings, with 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed, with ensuite bathroom and 5 double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom and access to the pertinent garden area.
In the garden with lawn there is the big blue swimming pool with outdoor showers, solarium with beach beds and a spacious equipped gazebo.

property is close to the Adriatic sea. The closest beaches are Torre
dell`Orso, Alimini Lakes, Otranto and the beaches of Melendugno, such as
San Foca and Torre Specchia Ruggeri.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels not provided: mandatory extra price is euro 25 per person per week.
- Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 175 to pay upon arrival.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
