The house, being located in a strategic place, allows our customers to live the holidays immersed in the peace of the landscape that surrounds it and to reach any kind of attraction on foot.
The apartment, accessible up the stairs, is composed as follows: living room with an open plan kitchen fully equipped , sofa and exclusive balcony with breath-taking view over the whole gulf of Salò; bathroom with shower, bedroom with double bed, double bedroom with twin beds, private garden with sunbeds and table.
The apartment has private parking and free parking just a few steps from the house.
Silvi’s Home is a lovely penthouse overlooking the lake, located in Renzano, a small village located on the shore of Lake Garda. The accommodation is 15-minute walk from the centre, from the beaches and the magnificent lakefront where you can find restaurants, bars, shops and all the essentials.
The apartment is suitable for couples, but also for people who want to appreciate the charm of our Lake and relaxing.
The apartment is available in summer (we have air conditioning) and also in winter because is provided with heating.
We provide for all our guests bed linen, including sheets,pillow cases and towels and free WI-FI.
Salò is one of the most charming and attractive villages in the province of Brescia. It rises on the shores of Lake Garda, between the Morainic Hills and the imposing Monte San Bartolomeo. It is said that the name derives from "salodium" indicating the richness of halls of the aristocratic villas that were located throughout the country. Salò was also the seat of several Ministries of the First Italian Social Republic.
A trip to Salò is definitely recommended for anyone in the area. The country is a rich treasure of history, architecture and art. it is a must a walk on the lakefront, one of the most beautiful of Lake Garda. It is a long pedestrian path, which offers a spectacular view over the whole gulf. Especially in beautiful days, the glitter of the lake and the impeccable cleanliness of the pedestrian streets, offer scenarios of a postcard. On the lakefront, you can also choose from several bars, pastry shops and ice cream, where you can enjoy some of the typical delicacies of the area. For example , there is the sbrisolona cake, wet with typical Brescian grappa and mimosa cake. Among the aperitifs, absolutely to try what, everyone here calls "Pirlo" wich is the lighter version of the Spritz: light, sweet, very aromatic and pleasant to the taste.

-By car: From highway A4 Milan-Venice, tollgate of Desenzano and follow the directions to Salò.
-By train and bus: The nearest railway station is Desenzano, just few kms from Salò where you can get to it by bus.
-by plane: Bergamo airport (84km), Verona Airport (40km), Milano Linate airport (120km)
