Inside an elegant building with concierge service, in a reserved and refined area of the city of Sanremo, guests will find this elegant apartment, ideal for a pleasant vacation in the City of Flowers. The entrance opens directly into the large living room, with pink marble floors, furnished with two comfortable sofas, a small table useful for remote working or for an aperitif, as well as a fold-up bed and a pouf-bed suitable for children. The independent kitchen is well-equipped and also fitted with all electronic appliances including a dishwasher and an espresso machine, and offers direct access to a balcony.
The bedroom, also bright and large, has a comfortable queen size bed, a wardrobe and an access to the balcony. A bathroom with bathtub and shower, together with a service bathroom with laundry, complete the apartment.
The characteristic element is the magnificent terrace facing south, from which guests can admire the splendid panorama offered by the Gulf of San Remo and its many shades of blue. It is surrounded by an almost unreal silence, despite the proximity to the city center.

Sanremo: city of flowers, casino and “Festival della canzone italiana” (Italian song festival). In the province of Imperia, Sanremo is the largest city on the Riviera dei Fiori and in this regard Villa Nobel and Villa Ormond offer gardens of a certain value, created both with typical plants, exotic and rare species. Also famous for its buildings of historical and architectural value, not to be missed is the Cathedral of San Siro, the oldest religious building in Sanremo, the Russian Church, one of the most famous symbols of the city and the Madonna della Costa Sanctuary, in Baroque style. During the stay make sure to visit the Sanremo Casino, to admire the structure and the gambling halls dating back to the Second World War.
The emblem of the city is the Ariston Theater, the famous stage where the Italian song festival takes place every year, or simply, a cinema that hosts shows and ballets during the rest of the year.
Make sure to leave the city after taking a walk along the Imperatrice promenade, paved with marble, adorned with palm trees and the Spring Statue by the sculptor Vincenzo Pasquali.
