Three-room detached house, 1st floor with inner car park and garden, covered terrace with fireplace. The apartment is on the first floor and consists of a living room with kitchenette (cooker, fridge, freezer and washing machine) and a sofa bed for two persons, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower and a roffed terrace with barbecue and dining table. It has mosquito nets, satellite TV system, air conditioning. The large garden is located on the ground floor and is totally private and fenced. You can park 2 cars. On the first floor there is a large and covered terrace with barbecue and garden furniture. DAY 'S ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE: The check-in is from 3:00 pm to 7:30 pm and the departure before 10:00 am. Please come to our Agency "Vear Hausing" on Lungomare Italia 92, Lido delle Nazioni 44022 to bring the keys, then we'll bring you to your apartment. PRICES INCLUDE: Electricity, water, gas. ADDITIONAL COSTS & MORE INFORMATION: AIRCONDITIONING: € 8,00 per day (optional, in case of use) CHILD’S BED: € 25,00 per week (optional, must be ordered) BED LINEN: € 7,00 per person per week (optional, must be ordered) BATH TOWELS: € 7,00 per person per week (optional, must be ordered) FINAL CLEANING: The cleaning of kitchenette is at the expense of the client, if not set there will be a surcharge of € 35,00 PET: € 40,00 per week (mandatory) and by agreement with the Agency DEPOSIT : The client on arrival has to leave € 100,00 as deposit for damages. It will be given back in case the apartment is not damaged. CITY TAX: € 0,30 per person per night till 14 consecutive nights. Therefor who will stay longer than 14 nights will pay the regular price for the 14 nights. Children till 11 years old are free.
