El Dorado is an Assam type bungalow with a garden and valley view. Just hundred meters down the hill, is a perennial stream and beyond on the horizon are the Mawpat Hills. With a huge room that comfortably houses 6 regular beds and a genuine fireplace, your stay is assured to be comfortable.
An independent bathroom and a garden are at your disposal. Troya Home Stay is unique because it is great for groups (up to 7 guests) as you don't have to book separate rooms. That is why we don't accommodate single guests or groups of single men. We (the hosts) live above. We have two kids (10 and 12 year-old girls), 3 dogs, and a cat who visits frequently. Speaking of cats, our home stay is named after one of our cats Troya who died at the age of 20 years.
Needless to say, we are animal lovers and we are also amateur cooks. Our breakfast (complimentary in the room rate) has become quite famous with our guests.
