Mythic Olive villa is a two level home (290m2), in 2.000 meters of private plot, able to accommodate 13 people in 6 private bedrooms (two master ensuite).
On the upper level (180m2), there is one double ensuite bedroom with an extra sofa bed, walk-in closet, hydromassage shower column and private balcony with panoramic views of Chania city and Souda Bay.
The other two bedrooms can be used as double or twin and offer pool and mountain views. One more bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub is available. All bedrooms are air conditioned and offer TVs.
There is an open space living room with an extra large corner sofa and spacious dining area as well as a separate fully equipped kitchen with one more dining table. Fire efficient fireplace and underfloor heating are provided for winter time visitors.
Internal and external staircase lead to the lower level (110m2) where 3 more double bedrooms are available. There is one master ensuite and one more double (or twin) bedroom with balcony windows offering garden and city views. There is also one more spacious twin bedroom but with no windows.
The lower level area provides a heat pump central heating / cooling for the entire ground floor and offers one more fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, one shared bathroom with shower and washer and living room area.

It is conveniently located close to many famous beaches of Chania while the nearest one is Chryssi Akti at a 10 minute drive. Limnoupolis Water park and Go Kart Chania are just 1km away from the villa.
