Only about 200 meters from the ruined Rauschenbach lies the holiday house, built in 1841 and renovated in 1997 according to the historical aspects, on the approx. 1 800 sqm plot. It has 4 separate apartments and a holiday room. The residential units are spread over three floors and can accommodate up to 21 guests. On the ground floor is a rustic living room (CD player available) for about 25 people with separate kitchen incl. Dishes, refrigerator, microwave, oven and dishwasher, which is ideal for groups and family celebrations. All living units are centrally heated and are equipped with shower / WC, Bathtub and cooker. On the property lie Liegewiese, a pavilion with barbecue facilities, sandbox, climbing tower, table tennis, slide and swing as well as parking and bicycle storage room. The total price includes the water and energy consumption, bed linen and towels (shower or bath towels to bring your own) as well as the final cleaning. To be paid on site: Pet costs. In ERZ 1081 is the entrainment of a small dog (max. Height up to 40 cm) (5 EUR / per night). Several pets require the consent of the owner before booking. The pet must be registered with the booking. If a booking note is not possible, an after-registration must be made.
