The holiday home Sandra is a spacious semi-detached house close to the beach (250 m) with sauna and a total of 3 bedrooms where the whole family can find space on 125 square metres. Equipped with an American kitchen, the bright living/dining area with underfloor heating and direct access to the furnished terrace and adjoining property provides the basis for a relaxing holiday. For your entertainment, you will find a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, a stereo system and a radio with CD player. There is a bedroom with a guest WC on the lower floor. The shower room on the upper floor is equipped with a shower, washbasin, hairdryer, WC, washing machine and sauna. Here you will find another bedroom with a double bed from which you can reach the roof terrace, and one with two single beds in the attic. A high chair and travel cot are available for younger guests and there is a car park right next to the house. There is a storage room for bicycles next to the house. A handcart is also available, e.g. for transporting beach utensils. The unspoilt beach with shallow water that extends far into the sea is particularly suitable for children and nature lovers and invites you to take long walks, not only in summer. There are restaurants, a leisure centre for children and a surf school in the immediate vicinity. Cycling and hiking trails along the Baltic Sea coast lead directly to Boltenhagen (8 km), Grevesmühlen (9 km) or Wismar (12 km). Thanks to the short distances to the individual Hanseatic cities (Wismar, Lübeck and Rostock) and the state capital (Schwerin), the extensive infrastructure can be reached quickly and easily (via the A20 and A14 motorways). Even during the holiday season, Wohlenberg can be reached without traffic jams via the A20 Grevesmühlen exit or the Wismar-Mitte exit. Dogs are welcome - the house is fenced.
