Large apartment with north-facing terrace and views of the countryside! Enjoy wonderfully relaxing days on Rügen! Our three-room apartment with a beautiful view guarantees 100% relaxation guarantee! A spacious living room with couch corner and dining area, a kitchenette and two separate bedrooms offer space for the whole family. Bright rooms, stylish furniture and a picturesque view of the forest give the Rügener apartment a lot of cosiness. On cooler days, it is particularly cozy by the stove. Whether playing afternoons at the large dining table or movie evenings in the cuddly couch corner with TV and DVD player - in the apartment you will feel completely comfortable. You can also relax wonderfully on the furnished north terrace! The holiday complex "Haus am Hövt" also includes a large communal garden with barbecue area, table tennis and games, which you are welcome to use. For a comfortable self-catering during your holiday on Rügen, the apartment has a well-equipped kitchenette u. a. with stove, oven, fridge with freezer and dishwasher and coffee machine, coffee machine (capsules), kettle and toaster. In the two separate bedrooms of Rügener apartment is a double bed (1.60 m x 2 m). One of the two rooms is furnished with a cozy reading corner with couch and armchair. An extra bed is possible (on request). In the entire apartment you receive free Wi-Fi - of course, for free. The technical equipment also includes a radio and a hi-fi system. We are happy to provide a cot and a high chair (on request). Washer and dryer are in the house. You are welcome to bring a pet (extra charge). Please understand that this property is a non-smoking apartment. Investment: Nature experience and beach holiday! With its unique location as an eastern building on Rügen, you can enjoy a picturesque natural idyll and a wonderful beach holiday in our "Haus am Hövt"! In the immediate vicinity is the unspoilt south beach and the impressive nature reserve Göhrener Nordperd - a wooded headland with gigantic cliffs. The north beach with the pier of Göhren you reach after about 800 meters. Our "Haus am Hövt" offers a lot of tradition and experience a very comfortable holiday destination! The fully refurbished building complex consists of 20 stylish apartments (three or four stars) with sunny terraces and balconies, optimal room layout and high quality furniture. The house also has a spacious outdoor area with barbecue, table tennis and games for children.
