Beautiful apartment with south loggia! A feel-good paradise on Rügen for the large family! Four separate bedrooms offer space for up to eight people! It is a matter of merging two holiday apartments. So you have two living rooms, four separate bedrooms, two kitchens and two bathrooms. Wide window fronts, stylish furniture and an optimal room layout give the apartment a very friendly atmosphere that will make you feel good all around. An extensive holiday breakfast with a view of the green, soothing hours of sunshine on the furnished south-facing loggia or relaxing film evenings in the cozy couch corner - the holiday apartment on Rügen offers you a holiday with a 100% relaxation guarantee! From here you can even see the Baltic Sea! So that you can comfortably cater for yourself during your holiday on Rügen, both kitchenettes are fully equipped - including: a. with stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave and dishwasher, as well as coffee machine, fully automatic coffee machine (capsules), kettle and toaster. Two of the four separate bedrooms in the Rügen apartment are equipped with a double bed (1.80 mx 2 m), one with a bunk bed and one with two single beds (90 cm x 2 m). An additional bed is possible (on request). The "Haus am Hövt" holiday complex includes a large communal garden with a barbecue area, table tennis and games that you are welcome to use. You will receive free WiFi throughout the apartment - of course free of charge. The technical equipment also includes two televisions and two hi-fi systems. We are happy to provide you with a cot and a high chair (on request). Washer and dryer are in the house. There is a private parking space for your car and a separate parking space for bicycles. You are welcome to bring a pet (for an additional charge). Please understand that this property is a non-smoking apartment. Investment: Nature experience and beach vacation! With its unique location as an eastern building on Rügen, you can enjoy a picturesque natural idyll and wonderful beach holidays in our “Haus am Hövt”! In the immediate vicinity is the natural south beach and the impressive nature reserve Göhrener Nordperd - a wooded headland with a gigantic cliff. The north beach with the Göhren pier is about 800 meters away. Our "Haus am Hövt" offers you a very comfortable vacation spot with a lot of tradition and experience! The completely renovated building complex consists of 20 stylish holiday apartments (three or four stars) with sunny terraces and balconies, optimal room layout and high-quality furniture. The house also has a spacious outdoor area with a barbecue area, table tennis and games for children.
