Cozy apartment with large south-facing balcony! Our apartment on Rügen is ideal for a holiday with the small family! On 42 m² of living space you will find a spacious living room with seating area, dining table and integrated kitchenette as well as a separate bedroom and a shower room. Large windows give the apartment a very friendly and cozy atmosphere, through which you will feel right at home. From the apartment you can already see the Baltic Sea! Wonderfully relaxing hours on the sunny south-facing balcony guarantee you unforgettable holiday moments on Rügen! The holiday complex "Haus am Hövt" also includes a large outdoor area with communal garden, barbecue area, table tennis and games. For a comfortable self-catering, the kitchenette of Rügener Ferienwohnung u. a. equipped with a 4-plate stove, oven and fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. In the separate bedroom of the Rügener apartment is a double bed. For a stay with four people an extra bed is possible. The equipment of the apartment includes a modern flat screen TV, you also receive free Wi-Fi - of course, for free. We are happy to provide a cot and a high chair (on request). Washer and dryer are in the house. For your car is a private parking available, for bicycles a separate parking space. You are welcome to bring your dog (extra charge). We ask for your understanding that this apartment is a non-smoking property. Investment: Nature experience and beach holiday! With its unique location as an eastern building on Rügen, you can enjoy a picturesque natural idyll and a wonderful beach holiday in our "Haus am Hövt"! In the immediate vicinity is the unspoilt south beach and the impressive nature reserve Göhrener Nordperd - a wooded headland with gigantic cliffs. The north beach with the pier of Göhren you reach after about 800 meters. Our "Haus am Hövt" offers a lot of tradition and experience a very comfortable holiday destination! The fully refurbished building complex consists of 20 stylish apartments (three or four stars) with sunny terraces and balconies, optimal room layout and high quality furniture. The house also has a spacious outdoor area with barbecue, table tennis and games for children. Private parking, free Wi-Fi and (partially) wheelchair-accessible facilities complete the living comfort. Enjoy your holidays on Rügen to the full!
