The detached house has an unobstructed panoramic view of the Lerbachtal. By car it is only a few minutes to the pedestrian zone of Osterode am Harz or a supermarket. In the village itself a swimming pond, a kiosk with bakery, a bus connection to the ski lift and a restaurant are available. In the adjoining garden offers the opportunity to barbecue or relax. Parking spaces are located directly at the property, garages are available on request. Arrivals are welcome from 15:00. Departure will be until 12:00.
