The apartment house with 4 floors is located in the Duhnen spa area on a pedestrian street, the distance to the beach is approx. 250m. The apartment is on the 2nd Floor. In the house there is an elevator, a bicycle room, a service room with washing machine and dryer, and a sauna (for a fee). This is closed from November 2019 to March 2020 due to renovation work. The comfortably furnished apartment has 7 beds, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed and a bedroom with two single beds. The fitted kitchen is equipped with a 4-ring ceramic hob, convection oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, egg cooker, other kitchen utensils and dishes for 7 people. The living room has a cozy seating area incl. Dining area. The apartment has a furnished balcony and a fixed parking space. A beach chair is available for our guests from May 15th to September 15th at no additional cost. It is a non-smoking apartment.
