On a dreamlike 130 m² living space awaits you in the "Villa Schoen" on Borkum a high quality and modern equipped apartment with four separate bedrooms, terrace with garden and balcony! On two floors you have enough space for up to eight people to spend wonderful holidays. On the ground floor there are two separate bedrooms and a spacious living-dining area with high-quality seating and comfortable couch landscape. From here you have direct access to the beautiful terrace and the garden of the house. The open kitchen to the living area has a comfortable equipment with 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and various kitchen appliances (toaster, coffee maker, egg - and kettle), so you can cater for yourself. The ground floor also has a modern bathroom with shower, toilet, washbasin with vanity unit and infrared heater. Note on the prices: Should you only use max. 4 people arrive, so we can offer you only the ground floor on more favorable terms. Ask for - 04922 - 9329029. In the attic are two more separate bedrooms and a living room with lounge area. A large table and a cozy sitting area are ideal for shared games evenings. Or enjoy relaxing hours on the wonderful balcony! On this floor there is also a modern bathroom with shower, toilet, sink with cabinet and infrared heater. The four separate bedrooms of the apartment are each equipped with a large double bed; two of them can also be set individually. In addition, all bedrooms have large wardrobes and chests of drawers and a flat-screen TV. A large flat-screen TV is available in both living areas - also a DVD player and a hi-fi system are here for cozy hours available. The attic also has a wifi connection. In the "Villa Schoen" is provided for all amenities! In front of the house is a car parking space for your car. Your bikes or strollers can accommodate you in the garden shed. Investment: In a wonderfully quiet location, very close to Borkum's beautiful south beach, is the "Villa Schoen" - with two modern and high-quality holiday homes for four or eight people. Enjoy Borkum beach and dunes to the full! In just a few minutes you reach the protected south beach, which is a fantastic place of rest with numerous beach tents and beach chairs especially for families. Also for four-legged friends in the family here is well taken care of - a separate beach section allows dog owners a pleasant stay on the beach. The houses of the "Villa Schoen" are quiet, but centrally located. Cozy restaurants, shops and bike rentals are just a few minutes' walk away. Biking and hiking trails allow you to start excursions directly from the house. Nearby is for example the beautiful nature reserve Greune Stee. Borkum's swimming paradise "Gezeitenland" with a large sauna area, as well as the "Kulturinsel" in the spa park with a great climbing park, occasional events and a cinema offer fantastic destinations! On the picturesque island of Borkum, you can absolutely relax.
