The family-friendly holiday house with three three-star apartments (2-3 people), one four-star apartment (4-5 people) and a big garden is on a slope in a quiet residential area without through traffic and just 200 metres from the forest. The situation on a slope affords a beautiful view of the Harz landscape. The house is ideal for both short-term and long-term stays.
Children can play in the big garden with a swing, sandpit and slide, while parents relax. The cabin with garden furniture, a grill and garden games (a sledge in winter) is for the use of all the guests in the house. In the laundry room in the basement, washing machine and dryer are available free of charge.
There are parking spaces on site right in front of the door. You can leave the car parked and set out on foot. It is just 200 metres to the forest, with interesting destinations (Indian trail, limestone cave etc.) all around Bad Grund.
Recreational options in the locality: fishing, hikes, Nordic walking, brine and exercise pool, minigolf, bowling, clock museum, mining museum etc.

The kitchen unit is equipped with a fridge, freezer compartment, four electric rings, an oven and matching tableware for three people. Washing up liquid, a washing up cloth, kitchen roll, baking paper and a baking form for the oven, condiments and coffee filters are provided. The living room has a dining table with three chairs. The double bed in the natural wood bedroom has a comfortable height of 52cm. The Latex mattresses have antiallergenic coverings and can be adjusted at the head and foot. The cupboard with sliding doors has two full-length mirrors. The shower room has a height-adjustable washbasin, making it easier for little ones to brush their teeth. There is a shower with a shower curtain, a folding seat and handles on the walls for the disabled. The cupboard with a mirror is affixed at a “normal” height.
Smoking and pets are not allowed. The path from the parking space in front of the house to the apartment terrace slopes without steps towards the garden. In summer the terrace provides a bench, a garden table and a parasol for relaxing hours. Further garden furniture or charcoal grills can be found in the cabin in the garden.
The terrace door can be locked from inside and outside and can therefore be used as a separate entrance. A ramp can be placed by the door from inside for wheelchair users. The windows in the living room and bedroom are fitted with external blinds. The flooring is easy to clean and under-floor heating exudes pleasant warmth. Note for wheelchair users: the apartment has no thresholds and all the doors are 1 metre wide.
