Cozy and high quality furnished apartment on the first floor (elevator in the house available), only 100 meters from the beach promenade in the seaside resort Ahlbeck. Quiet and yet centrally located, halfway between the piers of Ahlbeck and Heringsdorf. A minute's walk to the beach (about 100 m) and about 3 minutes walk to the Ostseetherme (about 200 m). The nearest supermarket is 5 minutes walk, the city center Ahlbeck 10 minutes, to Heringsdorf 15 minutes walk. Nearby are several cozy restaurants and cafes. In the condominium are also a children's playroom, coin operated and coin operated washing machine. A free parking space is located on the property. Bicycle storage in a lockable community bike shed possible. -Brötchenservice (on request) for a fee on the ground- ---- On the neighboring property is a new house built, so it can sometimes come to light construction noise .----
