The normal capacity of this flat is 4 persons, but can be extended to 6 with the sofa bed.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a 200€ smoking fee, at minimum.
