- Bedroom 1: one double bed (140 cm x 190 cm).
- Bedroom 2: two single beds.

- Private garden of 300 m² with garden furniture, barbecue and parasol.
- Shared swimming pool of 10 m x 5 m not heated. The pool is accessible from May to September and is secured by an alarm.
- Shared relaxation area with jacuzzi for 4 persons (extra charge), billiard table, garden furniture, darts...

The gite is located at the edge of the Périgord in Lot et Garonne, and is close to all the great sites to visit and to villages classified "Most beautiful villages of France": Monpazier, Monflanquin, Villeréal, Pujols, Beynac, La Roque-Gageac, Sarlat, Lascaux... You will also be able to discover many castles: Château de Biron, Château des Milandes (castle owned by Josephine Baker and which made her famous), Château de Beynac (castle where "Les Visiteurs" was shot)...

- The swimming pool and the relaxation area are shared with the neighboring gite and the owners.
- Sheets and towels are available on request and must be paid for on site.
- Baby bed and high chair available on request, please inform us at the time of booking.
- Portable air conditioning at your disposal.
- The gîte is located on a 2 hectare property where there is another gîte for 2 persons (Gîte Monpazier), and the owners' residence.
