The Adonis Cassen by Olydea *** is a lively holiday resort in July-August, but also an ideal destination to relax in the heart of Chalosse, land of gastronomy.
It is located in the town of Cassen, in a green environment, on the edge of the forest. About 2 km from the residence you will find essential shops and supermarkets 7 km (Montfort-en-Chalosse). The car is essential.
This friendly residence consists of twin houses facing south (wood frame, terraced houses in 7 buildings).
You have on site, for your holidays, a reception with bar, lounge, wifi business center space and many fun and sports facilities such as a gym, a solarium terrace, access to the indoor heated pool (reserved for relaxation and to the people booking the sauna in July and August: 4 € / pers / the half day or 6 € / pers / day) and an outdoor swimming pool (170 m² including 40 m² children's pool) with solarium (open depending on weather from mid-April to the end of September from 10h to 19h).& Nbsp;
There is also a children's play area, a 9-hole mini-golf course, 2 petanque courts, table tennis and beach volleyball.& Nbsp; We lend you free balloons, snowshoes, petanque balls, board games and carry out mountain bike rentals.
In the heart of the Landes, our residence offers on one site: outdoor pool, water aerobics, steps, mountain biking, beach volleyball, petanque, table tennis, mini-golf, hot tub and indoor pool (extra charge).
In July and August: sports activities for adults and teenagers (muscular awakening, jogging, water aerobics, individual and collective sports tournaments), children's club 6-10 years (5 half days per week from 06/07/2018 to 29/08 / 2018) and evenings (dancing, karaoke, games) from Monday to Friday, snack bar and breakfasts by the pool.

Each accommodation has a balcony of 5 m² facing south with garden furniture and 2 sun loungers, a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob - 2 for two rooms and 4 for three rooms and four rooms , refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven grill, coffee maker), a shared private parking, air conditioning. Our rentals are fully equipped, with a kitchenette, sufficient crockery, blankets and pillows.

Sports activities: In July and August (from 06/08/2018 to 29/08/2018), sports activities for adults and teenagers, as well as the children's club (6/10 years - 5 half days per week) are included
Pets allowed: Animals are on a leash at an extra charge to be paid on site from 10 € / night, 45 € / week. To report during registration (anti-rabies certificate required). Dogs of categories 1 and 2 are prohibited. 1 pet per dwelling.
Deposit (in supplement): Deposit: 250 € by lodging (to pay on the spot).

Baby Kit: The loan of baby equipment (bed, chair, bath): to be pre-booked at the same time as the accommodation and according to availability
Laundry: Laundry on site (washing and drying): 5 € / wash and 4 € / drying.

Beds made on arrival: Bed service provided on your arrival: 21 € / bed (including sheets and pillowcases). To pre-book and pay locally.
Final cleaning: If your apartment is not made perfectly clean, a cleaning fee will be charged: 45 € (2 rooms), 55 € (3 rooms) or 65 € (4 rooms) to be paid on site.
Parking: Outdoor parking: one parking space per accommodation, subject to availability
Breakfast: Continental breakfast buffet at 10 € served in the breakfast room
Swimming pool: Access to the outdoor swimming pool open from mid-April to the end of September depending on the weather conditions (bathing suit or shorty required)
Indoor swimming pool: Access to the indoor heated swimming pool with fitness area with sauna: in operation all season. In July and August, the access to this swimming pool is with supplement: 4 € / pers / the half day or 6 € / pers / day.
Possibility to rent a bike: Adult mountain bike rental: 8 € / 1/2 day 12 € / Day 45 €, and 25 € / week if pre-booked at the same time as the accommodation - Mountain bike rental: 5 € / 1 / 2 days 9 € / Day 39 €, and 20 € / week if pre-booked at the same time as the accommodation (to be paid on site)
Fitness Room: Access to the fitness room is free
Sauna: Sauna: 4 € per 15 minutes session per person during the opening hours of the reception.
