Located in a quiet and residential area, close to shops and public transport, it has all the necessary comforts: wifi, household linen provided, beds made on arrival, 2 double bedrooms and a private parking space (Courtesy car only, no utility or van)
Accommodation
The flat is located on the edge of a tree-lined, flower-filled driveway, like a corner of the countryside in the middle of the city. The entrance is private and secure. The villa (or the flat) is accessible through a gate with digicodes which totally preserves the intimacy and the peace of the place!
In front of the entrance of the flat is a small terrace without opposite, covered, with a table and two chairs of outside to have lunch or take quietly the coffee, very pleasant.
Located on the ground floor, it is 70 m² and is composed as follows:

- A living room with a TV lounge, a dining table and a functional kitchen, fully equipped: fridge, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, Senseo coffee machine, washing machine...
- Separate WC
Night area
- 1 large master bedroom with double bed, dressing room, armchair and shower room.
- 1 bedroom with double bed, storage space
- A shower room with double basins
Each bedroom has its own office and shower room.
Note: the flat is not suitable for wheelchair users (thresholds and steps). The flats.
Neighbourhood
Located in the residential area of Purpan, the flat is close to all the shops (bakery, butcher's shop, mini-market), boutiques, restaurants, market... On Friday afternoons, 300 metres from the flat, an open-air market offers fresh produce.
Many green spaces, walks along the rivers, public garden, a place marked out, the Roman arena, accessible on foot or by bike, allow to walk pleasantly.
A sports hall with various facilities (sauna) is located 200 m away.
The largest dance school in the Toulouse region, which is also the most renowned in Toulouse, offers training courses and evenings for all types of dance, salsa, bachata, samba, ballroom dancing...
The Coulée Verte allows you to walk in the nature and along the river "le Touch" at 700 meters from the house, but also along the Garonne river to the ramier de Blagnac and its market on Saturday morning.
