It can accommodate up to 9 travelers in total, and comprises a pretty 38 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and a shower room (capacity 9 people). You'll enjoy a 1,400 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The main house is composed as follows:
- A 38 m² air-conditioned living room with TV, fireplace (wood supplied on request, extra charge required), a convertible sofa with extra bed (120).
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, filter coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140*190), bookcase and desk.
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140*190) and desk.
- Bedroom 3: double bed (160*190).
- Bedroom 4: double bed (140*190).
- Bathroom with shower.
- Separate WC.
Exterior :
- A swimming pool (private, unheated) with a small slope that descends gently, like the sea (at deepest 1.60m) open all year equipped with an alarm system. This is not a swimming pool.
- A lovely 1,400 m² enclosed garden
- A terrace ideally oriented with furniture to enjoy the sunny days, it also has an electric awning.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.
The house is ideally located in Sainte-Foy-d'Aigrefeuille, in very pleasant surroundings. Nearby, you'll find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
Activities:
- Nearby cycle paths, mountain bike trails and footpaths.
- Visit Toulouse and its mythical sites, Place du Capitole, the banks of the Garonne, the St Sernin basilica, the Jacobins
- The Cité of Carcassonne
- The Mediterranean coast, 1h30 away.
- The Pyrenees and their many activities (skiing, hiking, etc.) are 1h30 away.
- Spain and Andorra 2h30 away.
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's garage and private parking lot, which can accommodate up to ten cars.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Toulouse Matabiau train station is a 30-minute drive away.
- Toulouse airport is a 30-minute drive away.
- 7 shuttle trips a day to the metro (transport on demand) from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- 20 min from park-and-ride facilities serving both metro lines.

- The independent studio is occupied by the owner.

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Swimming pool: All children's swimming is under the responsibility of a parent. Dates not contractual.
