The spacious living room features a comfy sofa, where you can relax and watch your favorite shows after a long day exploring the city and a dinning area. The area features a large window that lets in a lot of natural sun lighting that brightens up the space. In addition, you will have access to the terrace to enjoy the sun's rays and the quiet garden.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a dining table and four chairs, essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal. It also includes a washing machine and ironing equipment.
This house can accommodate 4 people and a child. A bedroom with double bed, another room for a child with a small single bed and a room/desk with a sofa bed for 2 people are available. Both lined in hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest and multiple storage spaces.
The bathroom has all the amenities including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The area is quiet, 5 minutes from the city center by transport or 15 minutes walk, it allows to combine tranquility and proximity to the center of Bordeaux.
This is the new trendy district, with the famous Darwin space. You will be quiet close to the quays that offer the most beautiful view of Bordeaux.
Tram A - Thiers Benauge stop: you will be in 5 minutes in the city center
Vcub station (Self-service bike) nearby.
Batcub (river shuttle): to cross the Garonne and arrive directly on the Place des Quinconces or to access the Cité du Vin by boat!
If you come by car, you will find space around the house, paid parking.
This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 15:00, pending availability and confirmation.
If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a 300€ smoking fee, at minimum.

Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
