There is a fully equipped kitchen, with an oven and fridge.

Plenty of room for children to play in the garden riverside property at Coffeeriver Cottages. Bathing in the river (all children must closely be supervised by the parents at all times)

Restaurant local to the airport also a takeaway ( pre-Booking advised)
Please Supply: Ferry, Flight details with your time of arrival - this so we are able to supply the correct directions to Coffeeriver Cottage.
Vehicle Rental -14 days' notice, a Jeep or 4 x 4, would be advisable to allow you explore the rest of the Island.
Pets allowed, but you must seek owners consent first due to us having a dog here named Coffee.

Whether in search of a fun filled family affair, relaxation, privacy, star gazing. Whale Watching, Bird Watching, Nature, Diving, set in private tropical gardens alongside our river with swimming at Coffeeriver Cottages. [Children must be accompanied at all times]
Relax enjoy an unrivaled peace and tranquillity, with many water sports on offer, drive through the banana plantations to arrive at the tropical floral entrance of Coffeeriver Cottage.
Our property has 4 acres of floral splendor in the middle of a banana plantation, surrounded by tree's & 163-188 Bird Watching varieties of tropical birds.
River Rafting, Waterfalls, Sea Kayaking, Whale Watching, Nature, Self-catering, More Solar panels have been added, Solar collectors for hot water & generating our electricity, softening our carbon footprint.
In the mountains, there are waterfalls, hot springs, and wonderful hiking trails.
Shopping: 10 minutes away in Marigot, 25 minutes to the village of Calibishie, North of us, with beaches in close proximity on our side of the island.

February is Carnival.
March to early May: watch the sea turtles as they lay their eggs on the beach.

Cancellations:
The guest can cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival.
The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival.
No shows will be charged in full
Refunds-will be charged banking processing fees & 3% credit card charges

1. Subject to inspection of the property at check-out time. Any person or persons renting the cottage or any damage caused by animals, at the time of occupation of the property will be held responsible for loss or of said damage.
2. We accept no responsibility for personal loss or injury during your holiday.
3. NO REFUNDS for REDUCED numbers-or NO SHOWS will be given after the booking has been made.
4. It is incumbent upon the guest to determine the suitability of the accommodation
5. Disputes - any decision by owners are final
6. Guests must supply their own food
