This villa provides a nice getaway from city life and to be with nature surrounded by trees, hills, birds, and crickets providing a typical, relaxing Mediterranean sound.
The outdoor area offers a private 10m x 4,5m heated swimming pool with a 2m shallow part for your youngest. There are also 7 deck chairs, an outdoor shower with hot/cold water, a very comfy outdoor lounge corner in front of the living room, a dining area with 8 dining chairs, a traditional barbecue, and a fully equipped summer kitchen for alfresco food prep, enjoying absolute privacy.
Behind the glass walls is a very spacious and stylish interior with pool views that offers a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay (toaster, filter coffee machine, microwave, kettle, pantry items, etc.), a living room with smart TV, a sofa, airconditioner, with free WiFi, NETFLIX, Satelite channels, LEGO`s and toys for your youngest. There is also a playroom with TV, PS4, and several video games, air-conditioning, and a sofa that can open in bed 160cm x 200cm with a proper mattress. A fitness room is next to it with an indoor running machine, some weights, a bench, a TV, air-conditioning, and an exit to the outdoor area with a tennis table. On the ground floor is also a family bathroom No. 1 with a shower, two sinks, a washing machine, and a dryer.
