The apartment is located in the residence, Sunset Lanterna Apartments, directly on the sea. The residence is located in the middle of a pine forest, in the village of Tar. The facility offers fun and relaxation for the whole family. Playgrounds, delicious restaurants, a discotheque and a supermarket are just a few of the many attractions that make for the perfect family vacation. The deep blue sea is only a few meters away from the residence and is therefore ideal for families with small children. The beach offers several advantages: children's playgrounds, sandpit, beach section for pets, changing rooms and much more! There is a laundry in the holiday residence, which washes your dirty textiles for an extra charge. Would you like to cook yourself or do you need cosmetic items? No problem! A stone's throw away is a supermarket where you can get all the products you need. WiFi is available free of charge. The 89 square meter apartment Sunset / 3026) offers space for max. 6 people and is spread over two floors. It has two bedrooms with two single beds each. A combined living room and bedroom with a double sofa bed offers two additional sleeping options. The well-equipped kitchen has a stove, dishes, cutlery, pots, microwave, fridge with freezer and a kettle. The two bathrooms are equipped with a shower / bathtub, a toilet and a sink. The 3 balconies invite you to relax while the children can let off steam in the playground. A satellite TV is available. Bed linen and towels are also available free of charge. The bed linen is changed once a week. A parking space and final cleaning are included. A baby bed can be rented on site (must be reserved when booking). On request, breakfast or half board can also be booked on site. Travel time from the Croatian border about 45 minutes. ARRIVAL DAY + DURATION OF STAY In the period from 27. 07.-18. 08. 2020 the minimum stay is 7 nights (daily arrival possible). In the period from 09. 07.-26. 07. 2020 / 19. 08.-04. 09. 2020 the minimum stay is 5 nights (daily arrival possible). In the remaining time, the minimum stay is 1 night (daily arrival possible). Note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the day of arrival, check-in is also possible the following day (please notify us prior to arrival). The same applies if you want to leave earlier. Departure is also possible here the day before. However, the rental period / rental price specified for booking remains unchanged. BEACH After a short walk through the pine forests you are right on the beautiful rock and pebble beach with deep blue water. The shady holm oaks and the paved path to the beach offer ideal conditions for families with prams. Parasols and sun beds can be rented on the beach. The clean water, which has been awarded the blue flag of the Foundation for Environmental Eduction (FEE), invites you to dive or snorkel. You also have the option of renting pedal boats, canoes, paddle or sailing boats and driving comfortably across the clear water. For a little more action, go banana boating or the speed boat with paraglider. A berth for your own boat is available on request. Other highlights are the changing rooms, showers, beach volleyball court and the children's playground. Lifeguards also ensure safety on the beach. LOCATION The holiday village is not far from the sea, making it ideal for families with small children. It has an advantageous geographical location for trips to Poreč, Umag or Pula. In addition, the well-known Istralandia water park is only a few minutes' drive from the Sunset Lanterna Apartments. FAMILY FRIENDLY In the Sunset Lanterna Apartments nobody is neglected! For the children, the riding club, paintball or laser tag offers a great opportunity to get busy. But adults are not neglected either: div. Sports facilities, a discotheque, evening music and delicious restaurants offer a varied program. A children's playground offers the little ones a great opportunity to work out and spend a lot of time in the fresh air. If you want to keep fit while on vacation, you have the choice between cycling trips or a nearby sports center with beach volleyball, table tennis, mini golf, tennis courts, etc. In addition, you also have the opportunity to do sports on the water. Banana boat, pedal boat, canoe and paddle boats can be rented on the beach. In the evening you can swing your legs in the Residenz discotheque. Laser tag, airsoft and paintball offer a fun way to experience some action with the whole family. SHOP Do you need a souvenir, groceries or beach items? No problem! The residence has several shops where you can find everything you need! In addition, the city center of Poreč can be reached in a few minutes by car. There you will find everything your heart desires. CATERING The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen with a stove, dishes, cutlery, pots, microwave, fridge with freezer and a kettle. If you don't want to cook yourself, you will find delicious pizzas from the wood oven, grilled dishes and specialties of Mediterranean cuisine in the neighboring Marina restaurant. There is also a show cooking restaurant. There are various bars, fast food restaurants and ice cream parlors near the apartments. There is a disco near the reception with a selection of drinks and cocktails. PetsMax. three small pets are allowed. A team of doctors is available daily from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. The residence also has its own small hospital. You will receive detailed arrival information together with the travel documents after booking. LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS The beautiful historic town of Poreč is located adjacent to the sea. With its pine forests, promenades along the sea and restaurants on the coast, it is a real place of rest and relaxation. It is full of artistic and historical attractions and is waiting to be discovered by you. In a few minutes you can reach the Istralandia water park, which offers fun for the whole family. Between the two port cities of Umag and Pula there are several recommended cities that are definitely worth visiting. Fazana, Rovinj, Vrsar, Porec or Pula and Umag itself offer numerous restaurants, shops and historic buildings, which are definitely worth a look. Various amusement parks such as Istralandia, Aquacolors or the Glavani climbing park offer great opportunities to have fun with the whole family. For nature lovers, we recommend a visit to the Brijuni Islands or the Jama-Grotta Beradine. Fish lovers are in the right place in this region! There are all types of fish, which are prepared in a number of variations. You can also find good wine in Croatia. So if you want to be pampered, you've come to the right place. There is also enough entertainment in the evening. Croatians love festivities, music and getting together, whether in a discotheque, on the beach promenade or in a small alley. So your entertainment in the evening is guaranteed. The hinterland of the coastal strip offers many forests, bicycle or hiking trails, so even those looking for peace or the athletes get their money's worth. The famous weekly markets are usually found daily in Porec, Rovinj and Pula.
